Programme de l'Expérience Québécoise (PEQ)
The "Programme de l'Expérience Québécoise (PEQ)" is a fast-track immigration stream which allows applicants to quickly obtain a "Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)" and apply for Canadian Permanent Residency.

There are two streams you can apply for under the PEQ program:

A. Quebec Graduate
B. Worker on a post-graduate work permit

A. Quebec Graduate*
1. Applicants must prove that they graduated with one of these eligible diplomas within the last 3 years:

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree
-
PH.D
-
"Diplôme d’études Collégiales" (DEC) technical level;

"Diplôme d’études Professionnelles" (DEP) of 1 800 hours or more;

"Diplôme d’études Professionnelles (DEP) + "Attestation de Spécialisation Professionnelle (ASP) for a minimum of 1800 hours and a related ASP.

2. Proof of knowledge of french

You must submit either:

A final transcript showing you completed a study program in Quebec which was entirely in French.

French Language Test results showing you have reached a level of B2.

B. Work Permit Holder
​
Requirements to qualify for the Work Permit Holder PEQ stream:
​
1. Have a valid work permit
2. Have at least 1 year of work experience in the last 2 years
3. You must hold a job in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A, B) at the moment of submission
4. Proof of knowledge of french

You must submit either:

A final transcript showing you completed a study program of at least 3 years in Quebec which was entirely in French.

French Language Test results showing you have reached a level of B2

Processing times

You should receive your CSQ in 20 business days from the moment the application is successfully submitted.
