Document Request Letter for Quebec Skilled Workers

On April 1st 2018, Immigration Québec's online submission system experienced a technical problem which led to a shutdown of Mon Projet's online portal until Thursday April 5th 2018.

However, once the system was back online, many applicants who had previously submitted a Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) application under the Quebec Skilled Workers Program received their document request letter.

If you submitted your CSQ application in 2017 or earlier, make sure to check your application inbox as you will likely have a document request letter.

What is the document request letter?

The document request letter is the second step in your CSQ application. You will need to prove your eligibility and qualifications declared in your initial Quebec Skilled Workers Application by submitting copies of your diplomas, transcripts, work experience letters, etc.

What if I am missing a document?

You need to provide all documents listed in the document checklist within the next 90 days. All documents must be in the required format and translated to English or French. If you are missing a document, you may not submit it at a later time as Immigration Quebec will only accept one package from you.
